The Embassy of Ukraine in Peru does not take any action in relation to the Ukrainian citizen passport in the form of either a passport booklet or an ID card (internal passport). For these procedures, we recommend that you contact DP ‘Document’ abroad or the State Migration Service of Ukraine in Ukraine.

You can apply for a Ukrainian passport for travelling abroad during a consular appointment at the Embassy of Ukraine in Lima or during consular services on site (itinerant consulate) in Colombia.
The personal presence of Ukrainian citizens older than 12 years is mandatory when submitting documents for a passport.
From the age of 14, a passport is issued on the basis of a personal application. The issuance of a passport to Ukrainian citizens under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of an application submitted by their parents or other legal representatives.
ATTENTION!
In accordance with the Procedure approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.152 of 7 May 2014, if a child has never been issued a Passport of a Citizen of Ukraine for Travel Abroad (international passport) before reaching the age of 14, then, after the child turns 14, it is mandatory to first obtain a Passport of a Citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID card before applying for the child's first international passport.
At the same time, if a child was issued an international passport before reaching the age of 14, a new international passport may be issued after the child turns 14 on the basis of the previously issued international passport, without the need to first obtain a Passport of a Citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID card.
The Embassy of Ukraine does not provide services for issuing Passports of a Citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID card. An ID card may be obtained in Ukraine or at the overseas offices of the State Enterprise "Dokument".
If a child who has reached the age of 14 does not have a Passport of a Citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID card and therefore cannot apply for an international passport, the Embassy of Ukraine may issue the child an Emergency Travel Certificate for Return to Ukraine, enabling the child to travel to Ukraine for the purpose of obtaining an ID card.
