Ukrainian universities offer Crimean Tatar language and literature studies within both bachelor's and master's programs.

Center for Crimean Tatar Language and Literature: Supports teaching and research, providing resources to improve language proficiency.
V. I. Vernadsky Tavria National University (TNU):

In 2024, the Crimea Studies Center was launched at the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” — Ukraine’s first academic center dedicated to Crimean studies. More information is available via the link.
Qırım Haber Ajansı (QHA): News portal publishing in Crimean Tatar. Reading the news helps expand vocabulary and grammar understanding.
BÜLBÜL: Multimedia educational platform for children aged 0 to 5. It includes cartoons, stories, songs, and a dictionary with audio pronunciation — also useful for adult beginners.
Prometheus. Qırım – “Crimea is Us”: Online course offering a basic introduction to the language and context about the history, culture, and identity of the Crimean Tatar people.
Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU): Beginner course taught by Mamure Chabanova, available in hybrid or fully online format. Follow university announcements for enrollment details.
