📢 ATTENTION! Starting July 1, 2025, the automation of notarial services has been launched. Before scheduling an appointment via the E-Consul portal: https://id.e-consul.gov.ua/, please select the "Consular Services" menu, upload all required documents and information, and after the draft is approved by the consul, schedule your appointment and come to the Embassy with the originals and copies of the documents for signing the power of attorney or other documents. The presence of both originals and copies is MANDATORY.
This option is suitable for standard notarial documents (powers of attorney, statements, etc.).
1. The applicant selects the document type and fills in a template online. The system will assist in formulating the standard document text.

Documents must be signed in person in the presence of the consul.
No documents with corrections, pencil, or disappearing ink will be accepted.
Applicant’s identity is verified through original passport/ID documents.
IMPORTANT! No corrections are allowed after signing. If an error is found, a new document must be created and paid for again.
After certification at the Embassy, the grantor must send the following to Ukraine:
The original power of attorney issued by the Embassy
The original application for registration in the Unified Register of Powers of Attorney
These documents should be handed to the authorized representative.
📌 What the authorized representative must do:
Submit the power of attorney to any notary in Ukraine (state or private)
The notary registers it in the Unified Register of Powers of Attorney of Ukraine
After registration, an extract is issued to the authorized person
Only after registration does the document acquire legal force in Ukraine, enabling the authorized person to act.
⚠️ Without registration in Ukraine, the power of attorney is not considered valid and cannot be used.
