The Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Peru is switching to a new online appointment system for consular services (E-Queue):
IMPORTANT! If you wish to contact the Embassy regarding several consular services, you must book a separate appointment for each individual service.
Please note that consular services are provided EXCLUSIVELY by prior appointment.
Citizens of Ukraine and foreigners residing within the consular district of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Peru (Peru, Colombia, Ecuador) who, for reasons beyond their control, do not have the technical ability to complete electronic identification in the “e-Consul” system, may schedule a consular appointment by sending an email to: [email protected]
Male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 60 CANNOT use this alternative appointment method outside the electronic queue during the period in which the requirement to provide an electronic military registration document, generated via the “Reserv+” mobile application, is in effect.
The Embassy of Ukraine in Peru provides simplified access to consular appointments for individuals belonging to vulnerable categories:
To request a consular appointment, applicants belonging to the above categories must contact the Embassy via email at [email protected], providing a detailed description of the requested consular service and indicating the specific vulnerable category they belong to. Following the review of the request, a response will be provided with an appointment scheduled at the earliest available date. During the consular appointment, in addition to the full set of required documents for the requested service, applicants must present proof of belonging to the relevant vulnerable category.
