By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21 October 2022 No. 1202, it is established that Ukrainian citizen passports in the form of an ID card whose validity expired 30 days before 24 February 2022 and after 24 February 2022, as well as Ukrainian citizen passports of the 1994 model in which a photograph was not affixed upon reaching the age of 25 or 45, where the deadline for affixing the photograph fell 30 days before 24 February 2022 and after 24 February 2022, are considered documents certifying identity and confirming Ukrainian citizenship and are subject to exchange or affixing of new photographs in accordance with the age reached within 30 calendar days from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
