Delivery of the issued passport from Ukraine to the Embassy of Ukraine in Peru via diplomatic mail is free of charge, but it takes place only a few times per year.

No additional applications are required for delivery by diplomatic mail. If you do not request paid delivery of the passport to the Embassy, the passport will be sent to Peru automatically with the next available diplomatic mail.

Due to martial law, delays in the delivery of passports sent by diplomatic mail are possible. Nevertheless, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is making every effort to ensure their delivery as quickly as possible.

Estimated cost of delivery: 3300 UAH per envelope. One envelope can contain up to 4 passports.

To request passport delivery from Ukraine to the Embassy of Ukraine in Peru through DHL, you must send the following documents to the Consular Section’s email address: [email protected]

2. Receipt in PDF format, which is generated after registration and payment for delivery on the DHL website. One envelope can contain up to 4 passports with just one single payment: https://dhlportal.com.ua/

To order the delivery of a passport on the website, you will need to specify the application number (session ID number), which is provided when submitting documents at the consular service. If you do not have a session ID number, please write to our consular mail at [email protected]

When the status of your passport on the verification website changes to “The document has arrived at the foreign diplomatic mission,” you will be able to collect your new passport at the Embassy.

The national postal operator Ukrposhta has developed a platform for ordering the delivery of foreign passports issued by Ukraine’s diplomatic missions.

The single delivery price for a passport to any country in the world is only 6 USD + 10 UAH VAT per envelope. One envelope can contain up to 4 passports.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, in cooperation with Nova Poshta, has introduced an express delivery service for foreign passports to Ukraine’s diplomatic missions abroad.

Approximate delivery cost: 2100 UAH per envelope. Up to 4 passports can be delivered in one envelope.

Estimated delivery time from Ukraine to the Embassy of Ukraine in Peru: 7 to 12 days from the moment the passport is transferred from the MFA to Nova Poshta.

After your passport is handed over to the Nova Poshta courier, you will receive a notification and will be able to track the delivery process on the website or in the NovaPost mobile app.

When the status of your passport on the verification website changes to “The document has arrived at the foreign diplomatic mission,” you will be able to collect your new passport at the Embassy.
