You may submit documents to apply for a new international passport at the Embassy of Ukraine in Peru and receive your issued passport at any other Embassy or Consulate of Ukraine located within the consular district of your current place of residence. Collection of issued passports is carried out in person at the diplomatic mission.
PROCEDURE FOR SENDING THE ISSUED PASSPORT FOR RECEIVING AT ANOTHER DIPLOMATIC MISSION:
The passport that was issued at the Embassy of Ukraine in Peru must first be delivered from Ukraine to the Embassy of Ukraine in Peru in order to complete the document issuance procedure. Detailed information on the delivery of the issued passport from Ukraine to Peru is available via the relevant link.
The passport must successfully arrive at the Embassy of Ukraine in Peru. This can be checked via the relevant link. If the check shows that the passport has not yet arrived, please wait until it arrives.
Once the passport has been successfully delivered to the Embassy of Ukraine in Peru, choose the Embassy or Consulate of Ukraine where you wish to receive your passport.

When completing the application, please verify on the official website of the selected mission the correct name of the institution and the email address of the consular section of that mission.
Proof of payment for DHL delivery is the DHL Waybill in PDF.
Based on your application and the DHL payment receipt, the selected diplomatic mission will send an official request to the Embassy of Ukraine in Peru, in accordance with which your passport will be prepared for dispatch. Handing over the passport to the DHL courier will only be possible after receipt of this request and preparation of the necessary accompanying documents.
ATTENTION: DHL delivery from one embassy to another is arranged via the international website www.dhl.com. After payment is made, the website www.dhl.com will generate the required shipping documents in PDF format. When ordering a courier on the DHL website, in the section “How would you like to hand over your shipment to DHL?”, select the option “I do not need DHL collection”, so that the embassy can later independently schedule the courier’s arrival date once the documents for sending the passport are ready.
The website https://dhlportal.com.ua/ is used only for sending passports from Ukraine. This website IS NOT SUITABLE for sending passports from one embassy to another.
