The code (session identifier), which you need to enter at the link to check the status of your passport, is provided when submitting documents at the Embassy.

If you do not have the code (session identifier), please contact our consular office at [email protected]

If you see the message "Прибув до дипломатичної установи" (Arrived at the Embassy), it means that the new passport has already been delivered to the Embassy, and you can receive it at the consular reception. The passport is collected in person.
