A night-time Russian attack on Odesa has killed two people and injured fourteen. Residential buildings were hit. 

A three-storey apartment block was struck by Russia, destroying flats and causing a fire. Two two-storey residential buildings and a house were also destroyed. Emergency workers rescued one person and evacuated 36 residents, including two children. 

Russia deliberately targets civilians – day and night. The international community must intensify pressure on the aggressor through stronger sanctions, isolation, and sustained support for Ukraine.
