In order to gather evidence and properly document the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the armed forces of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine has created an official website:

This portal is a platform for collecting testimonies and evidence that can be used to further investigation and prosecution in Ukrainian and international courts.

Who can send information?

✅ People who have suffered from the actions of the Russian military;

✅ Witnesses of war crimes who have reliable information or evidence;

✅ Journalists, volunteers, human rights activists and other people who have witnessed criminal acts.

How to do it?

1️⃣ Go to https://warcrimes.gov.ua/en

2️⃣ Fill in the form, providing all known information and uploading any possible evidence (photos, videos, documents).

3️⃣ Send your testimony following the instructions on the website.

The Embassy calls on all persons who have been victims or witnesses of Russian crimes not to stand on the sidelines and to collaborate in the investigation, as every piece of information is important to establish justice and punish the perpetrators.
