A direct Russian strike on a residential building in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, killed three brothers – an 8-year-old child and his 19-year-old twin brothers. Their 63-year-old neighbour was also killed. Their mother and grandmother were injured.

The attack took place yesterday's evening, on February 12. That day alone, Russia launched nearly 1,500 strikes along the frontline and on residential areas of the region, killing five people and injuring 12.

Russia does not stop targeting civilians for a single day, taking innocent lives. Sanctions on Russia must be strengthened, and Ukraine must be supported in defending itself by reinforcing our defence capabilities, including air defence systems.
