On March 10, Russia dropped two guided aerial bombs on a residential area in the city center of Sloviansk, killing four civilians and injuring sixteen others, including a 14-year-old child. Apartment buildings were damaged.

Sanctions against Russia and its accomplices must be strengthened. 

We call on countries to block everything that helps Russia finance and continue its war of aggression.
