Recently, Russia has intensified terrorist attacks in Ukraine. Targets include law enforcement officers, state institutions, businesses, and entertainment venues. To prevent such terrorist threats, it is essential to report recruitment attempts and follow simple rules that can save lives.
🔹 Use only official sources to obtain information and search for jobs.
🔹 Do not communicate in messaging apps with unknown individuals, especially those offering money or “easy” earnings.
🔹 Talk to children. Teenagers are a priority target due to their activity on social media. Explain the dangers of communicating with strangers.
🔹 Do not share personal data with unknown individuals on social media, messaging apps, or other platforms.
🔹 Explain to those around you (especially children and elderly people) how to critically assess information and how recruitment methods work, including blackmail and intimidation.
🔹 Pay attention to suspicious requests. If you are asked to photograph or film critical infrastructure facilities, enterprises, bridges, etc., this may be an attempt to involve you in organizing a terrorist act.
🔹 Remain vigilant regarding unknown individuals attempting to enter state institutions, public organizations, enterprises, residential buildings, etc.
🔹 If an unknown person asks you to deliver or carry a package or other items, categorically refuse.
🔹 If you find yourself at the site of a terrorist attack, remain calm. Provide first aid to the injured and take possible measures to prevent fire. Try to remember the identifying features of suspicious persons and report them to security services.
