The Embassy of Ukraine in Peru had the honor of participating in the international poetry recital “Los Idiomas del Amor” (“The Languages of Love”), held in the district of Miraflores on the eve of Saint Valentine’s Day.

The event brought together representatives of embassies and cultural institutions who presented poetic works in 14 original languages, creating a meaningful platform for intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding.

On behalf of Ukraine, the poem “To Maria” by the distinguished Ukrainian poet Volodymyr Sosiura was recited, sharing with the audience the richness and emotional depth of Ukrainian literary heritage. 

The Embassy of Ukraine expresses its sincere appreciation to the Municipality of Miraflores for the invitation and the excellent organization of this important cultural event, which once again demonstrated that poetry serves as a bridge between nations and cultures.
